Our support services developed alongside the bespoke software work, and they encompass both the software we have created, networks we have installed and the hardware we have supplied. We have always encouraged clients to expand their knowledge and to be self-reliant. Our role then becomes one of providing more specialist skills to fit around their abilities.
Much of our support work is undertaken remotely, which provides efficient and quicker assistance and problem resolution and a cost-effective solution for our customers, as well as being more environmentally friendly.
